In this interactive experience you the detective! Play together with friends or colleagues and dive into a story full of puzzles, role-playing and intrigue. In a true 'Who dunnit' style you go:
- Reading your role: Discover your character and the secret that you must unravel with your fellow players.
- Asking and confronting questions: Use your deductive skills to identify the killer by interrogating other players and confronting them with pieces of evidence.
- Vote: After the accusations are made, indicate who you think is the killer. The final reveal of the story will keep you on the edge of your seat!
Are you the killer? Then try with all your might to talk the suspicions away from you, because lying and deceit are not alien in this exciting setting.

The Black-Box Murder
Maarten Maartens, schrijver van een van Nederlands eerste detective boeken, 'The Black-Box Murder', dat vlak na de eerste Sherlock Holmes verhalen verscheen, is op zoek naar speurders. Nieuwe Black-Box Murderies zijn uit het Verre Oosten verschenen en hij wil weten hoe ze in elkaar steken. Onder begeleiding van zijn butler Willem Kirpestein gaan jullie zelf ontdekken wie de moordenaar aan tafel is. Open de black boxes en speel een van de (hedendaagse) scenario's. Geef via Willem aan Maarten antwoord op die ene vraag: wie is de dader?

Iedere Black Box Murder Mystery (ook wel een 'jubensha' genoemd) is geschreven voor een exact aantal spelers. Zorg ervoor dat je team compleet is, of neem een vervanger mee als er iemand last minute afvalt.
Onze locaties
De Black Box Murder Mystery wordt gespeeld op twee bijzondere locaties: in Utrecht (De Grote Werf, Oudegracht 201) en op landgoed Maarsbergen (o.a. van de Heel Holland Bakt opnames), Maarnsegrindweg 30 te Maarsbergen (+50 euro).
De game kan ook worden gespeeld bij jou op je eigen locatie. Hou rekening met aanvullende reiskosten buiten gemeente Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
De spelbegeleider/butler Willem Kirpestein is aanwezig om je door de ervaring te begeleiden en je hints te geven als je de verkeerde kant op redeneert.
Consumptions
Koffie/Thee en water zijn inbegrepen in de prijs. Je kunt ter plekke alcoholvrije consumpties bestellen voor tijdens de game die je naar afloop alleen per pin kunt betalen. Voor een zakelijk gezelschap bestaat de mogelijkheid om de consumpties op basis van nacalculatie te factureren.
