We were inspired by the Dutch detective classic The Black-Box Murder, written by Jozua van der Poorten Schwartz under the pseudonym Maarten Maartens. One of the Netherlands' first detective stories, it was published in 1889, two years after the launch of the first Sherlock Holmes. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to experience a Black-Box Murder Mystery in the writer's own home. A Black-Box Murder Mystery is usually a 21st-century story, originating from the Chinese jubensha tradition.

Our location
The Black Box Murder Mystery is played at the table and in the space of a small room in the beautiful Maarten Maartenshuis. The game supervisor is on hand to guide you through the experience and give you hints if you are reasoning the wrong way.
Consumptions
You can order consumptions on the spot for the game that you can only pay by pin at the end. For a business company, it is possible to invoice the consumptions on the basis of Post-calculation.
